HEY.

sorry its so unupdated. how's the hols treating everyone? the whole class is, like, bombarded with projects and homework. :O but you all still have to squeeze in time for youselves, yeah?

so here is the list of summer reads. (the weather's killing me, btw.)

1. TRIPPING by heather WALdorf
2. PRETTY TOUGH by liz TIGelar
3. PLAYING WITH THE BOYS by liz TIGelar (don't worry, it's nothing sick.)
4. THE NATURE OF JADE by deb CALetti
5. WILD ROSES by deb CALetti
6. THROWING LIKE A GIRL by weezie kerr MACkey

and if you're looking for mindless teen-romance/chick-lit, check these out:

7. SUITE DREAMS by rachel HAWthorne
8. MISS MATCH by wendi TOLiver
9. SNOW IN LOVE by claire RAY
10. THRILL RIDE by rachel HAWthorne

that's it for the books. so now you know what to do when you've got nothing to do; curl up on the sofa (don't forget to switch on the fan. the heat's muggy.) with a good book and READ.

and if you're sick of teen fiction, you might want to try reading some classics (;

jane eyre, wuthering heights, catcher in the rye, mansfield park, pride & prejudice and sense and sensibility to list a few. or you can search them under the authors' names. charlotte bronte, emily bronte, j.d. salinger, jane austen, etc.

as for movies, i cant recommend much. most of them are NC 16. either that or just not for 14-year-olds.

NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 2 is worth it, though. ben stiller's done it again.

and at the end of this month, TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN would be released. it's pretty much an action flick, but anything by MICHAEL BAY, you should watch. and BUMBLEBEE is really AWESOME. that's the hot yellow car, by the way.

there should be more coming up, so keep your eyes peeled (:

till next time!
